Our prop making process covers the full spectrum of production techniques, including carving, sculpting, moulding, casting, and fabrication across foam, resin, fibreglass, timber, and metal. Surfaces are finished using specialist painting, ageing, weathering, and scenic special effects treatments to achieve the exact look and feel the brief demands. Our special effects capabilities extend to mechanical and practical FX, atmospheric effects, and bespoke interactive elements designed for live event environments, theatrical productions, and film and television sets.
