Scena's Workshops

From light gauge tubular frames to larger structural   installations, the workshop is fully equipped to handle projects of many different scales. We regularly work with mild steel, as well as non-ferrous materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, bronze, and brass.

Our Painting and Spray department is where craftsmanship meets creativity. From precise spray finishes to expressive hand-painted detail, this space brings colour, texture, and character to every project. Combining technical skill with an artistic eye, our team ensures each piece leaves the workshop looking exceptional and built to last.

The workshop is equipped to handle a wide variety of materials and techniques, enabling us to create props that are both visually striking and built to last. Whether it’s a historically accurate replica for a museum, a playful interactive element for an event, or a bold centrepiece for stage or screen, every piece is crafted with care, precision, and creativity.

Our CNC workshop is where digital designs are transformed into precise, practical components. Using advanced computer-controlled machinery, we cut and shape a wide range of materials including MDF, plywood, acrylic, solid surface, compact grade laminate, Di-Bond, chipboard, aluminium, and more. This combination of technology and versatility allows us to deliver both bespoke, one-off pieces and large production runs with equal precision.
