We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of scenic construction and creative production projects, with a focus on retail environments, brand activations, and live events. The role involves managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinating teams from design through fabrication and installation to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required standard.

You will manage or assist with projects from initial client brief through to installation, working closely with design, engineering, workshop, and site teams. This role suits someone experienced in fast-paced creative production who can balance practical delivery with creative requirements and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Based in Croydon, Scena is one of the UK’s leading creative construction and set build companies, with over 40 years’ experience delivering projects for global clients across film, television, events, exhibitions, and live performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the scenic construction or creative production industry

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and teams

• Good understanding of scenic build processes, materials, and fabrication methods

• Strong software experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, and SketchUp

• Knowledge of UK health & safety regulations and site procedures

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Flexible approach to working hours and site-based work
