Working in collaboration with Wonderland Agency, Scena brought the Cherry Pop concept to life for SHEIN's autumn/winter 2025 campaign. The pop-up merged SHEIN's digital-first brand identity with an engaging physical retail experience, creating a visually striking environment that balanced craftsmanship with digital storytelling.
Scena constructed and installed all key scenic elements including high-gloss visual merchandising features, curved plinths, window displays, large-scale graphics, and immersive stairway installations. The team integrated dynamic digital features throughout the venue, with walls, pillars, and ceilings becoming part of a fluid, ever-evolving campaign moodboard that combined LED-driven content with physical scenic elements.

Every detail was meticulously crafted to reflect the vibrant, high-energy aesthetic of the campaign, creating a fully immersive retail playground at the Future Stores location in London.
