The Royal Variety Performance is one of Britain's most celebrated entertainment events, bringing together world-class performers for a star-studded evening in aid of the Royal Variety Charity. Hosted by Jason Manford on November 19, 2025, the show was attended by Their Royal Highnesses the Prince and Princess of Wales. Scena constructed and installed the fully integrated stage set, combining structural carpentry, engineering, and technical lighting elements.
As part of Scena's ongoing annual partnership with this prestigious production, the team delivered a comprehensive technical solution integrating scenic construction with lighting and video FX systems. The carpentry department, engineering team, and lighting specialists worked in close coordination to create a versatile performance environment capable of accommodating rapid transitions between diverse acts. The set was built to support the show's demanding technical requirements while maintaining the elegant aesthetic expected of this royal occasion.
