Scena delivered the full scenic construction and installation of the broadcast OB set for Channel 9's coverage of the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, realising Jago Design's creative vision for one of Australia's most-watched sporting events.
Working in collaboration with Jago Design, Scena built and installed the set at its location in Livigno, Italy: placing Channel 9's presenters at the heart of the alpine action throughout the duration of the Games. The set was designed to function as a high-performance OB (outside broadcast) environment, balancing the visual demands of live television with the practical challenges of an outdoor mountain location.

Scena's team engineered and constructed all scenic elements to the exacting standards required for broadcast, ensuring the set held up to the conditions of the Italian Alps while delivering the clean, polished aesthetic expected from a major international sporting event. Every detail was coordinated to support seamless live transmission, with the set serving as the on-screen home for Channel 9's presenting and commentary team across the full schedule of Winter Games coverage.
