What Is a Bespoke Screen Display Case?

Frame-only support
Foam contacts the screen at its frame and rear only, so no load is ever taken through the display panel.

Connector and mount relief
Foam is cut away around VESA mounts, ports and buttons, so nothing protruding is pressed or snapped in transit.

Slot spacing
In multi-screen cases, each slot is sized and separated so one screen cannot touch or load another.

Orientation control
Handles, castors and markings are placed so the case is always moved in the orientation the screens are designed to travel in.

Specify Your Screen Display Case
Every case is made to order. Tell us the screen make, model and size, how many need to travel together, what accessories go with them and how they are transported, and we will design the case around them.
Materials & Finish
Plywood with laminate or HPL faces, aluminium extrusion, steel or ABS corners. Laminate in a range of colours, with screen-printed or engraved branding, contents labels and handling markings.
Foam Materials
Polyethylene foam for structural support, softer foam on contact points, foam-lined channels for edge-loaded screens and non-abrasive linings for finished bezels.
Size & Config
Cases for screens from small monitors to large-format displays. Single, twin, quad and multi-screen cases, vertical or flat loading, with or without accessory compartments.
Hardware & Mobility
Heavy-duty castors with brakes, recessed handles, butterfly catches, stacking cups and lockable catches.
Access & Storage
Removable lids, front-opening doors, top-loading slots, drop-front panels, accessory drawers and compartments for stands, brackets and cables.

What materials or foam do you use?
