Drawer retention
Drawers are fitted with locking runners or catches, so they stay closed in transit and fully extend for use on site.

Workflow layout
Interiors are planned around how each department works, with the most-used items at the most accessible height.

Structural reinforcement
Heavily loaded workboxes are reinforced internally, so drawer banks and shelves don't rack or flex when moved.

Integrated services
Power distribution, lighting and cable ports can be built in, so the case is ready to work as soon as it's plugged in.

Specify Your Production Flight Case
Every case is made to order. Tell us what the case needs to carry, how it will be used on site, any space or weight limits and how it will be transported, and we will design the case around it.
Materials & Finish
Plywood with laminate or HPL faces, aluminium extrusion, steel or ABS corners. Laminate in a range of colours, with screen-printed or engraved branding, department labelling and asset numbering. Integrated power distribution and lighting can be fitted.
Foam Materials
Cut-foam inserts for props and tools, padded linings for fragile items, rubber-lined drawers and trays, and wipe-clean surfaces for consumables.
Size & Config
Workboxes, wardrobe cases, prop cases, production office cases, cable trunks and tool cases, from compact cases to full-height workboxes. Layouts are planned around contents and workflow.
Hardware & Mobility
Heavy-duty castors with brakes, recessed handles, butterfly catches, lockable catches, padlock hasps and stacking cups.
Access & Storage
Front-opening doors, removable lids, drawer banks, shelves, hanging rails, fold-out work surfaces, pegboard panels, lid-mounted storage, mirrors and lighting.

Can you build a case for my production?
Yes. We make workboxes, wardrobe cases, prop cases, production office cases, cable trunks and tool cases for theatre, touring, film, TV and events.
What materials or foam do you use?
Shells are plywood with laminate or HPL faces, aluminium extrusion and steel corners. Interiors use cut foam, padded linings, rubber-lined drawers and wipe-clean surfaces as required.
