What Is a Bespoke Mixer Console Case?

Control surface clearance
The lid and foam are designed to clear the tallest faders, knobs and screens, so no pressure is ever applied to the controls.

Doghouse cable management
The doghouse is sized for the console's connectors with plugs fitted, with cable ports placed so looms can stay connected.

Working height
In operate-in-case designs, the case base is sized so the console sits at a comfortable working height on a table or on its castors.

Base support
The console sits on a fully supported base, so its weight is spread evenly and never carried by its feet or edges alone.

Specify Your Mixer Console Case
Every case is made to order. Tell us the console make and model, any accessories or peripherals that travel with it, whether you want to operate it in the case and how it is transported, and we will design the case around it.
Materials & Finish
Plywood with laminate or HPL faces, aluminium extrusion, steel or ABS corners. Laminate in a range of colours, with screen-printed or engraved branding and identification.
Foam Materials
Polyethylene foam for structural support, softer foam on contact points, and foam relieved around faders, encoders, screens and connectors.
Size & Config
Cases for compact desks through to large-format consoles. Operate-in-case or transport-only, with or without doghouse, and combination cases with rack space beneath or alongside.
Hardware & Mobility
Heavy-duty castors with brakes, castor boards, recessed handles, butterfly catches, lockable catches and stacking cups.
Access & Storage
Fully removable or hinged lids, doghouses with cable ports, drawers, accessory compartments, lid-mounted script or tablet holders and lamp storage.
