Saddle rack loading
Saddle racks are fixed into the case structure, not just the panel, so they carry the saddle's weight without flexing when the trunk is moved.

Leather protection
Padded supports and soft-faced contact points stop tack rubbing against hard surfaces or hardware in transit.

Ventilation and drainage
Trunks can be fitted with vents and wipe-clean trays to help damp tack and rugs air, and keep products contained.

Stability on uneven ground
Castor size and position are chosen for the trunk's loaded weight, keeping it stable on grass and gravel.

Specify Your Equestrian Road Trunk
Every trunk is made to order. Tell us what you need to carry, the sizes of your saddles and equipment, and the space you have in your lorry or horsebox, and we will design a trunk around it.
Materials & Finish
Plywood with laminate or HPL faces, aluminium extrusion and steel corners. Available in a wide range of colours to match yard or team colours, with printed or engraved names, logos and nameplates.
Foam Materials
Foam-lined saddle racks and padded contact surfaces to protect leather. Felt or carpet linings, rubber-lined trays and wipe-clean compartments for grooming products.
Size & Config
Single-horse trunks, team and yard trunks, saddle trunks and grooming trunks. Sizes can be planned to fit lorry lockers, tack rooms or under-bench spaces, with single or split interiors.
Hardware & Mobility
Heavy-duty braked castors, recessed or sprung handles, lockable catches, padlock hasps and stacking cups. Larger wheels can be fitted for uneven ground.
Access & Storage
Lift-off or hinged lids, front-opening doors, pull-out drawers, lift-out trays, saddle racks, bridle hooks, rug and numnah storage, and a lid-mounted mirror or document pocket.
