Bespoke 19" rack cases for audio, video, lighting control, networking and broadcast equipment. Built to standard rack dimensions with the depth, U height and mounting your kit needs, and shock-mounted where the equipment demands it. Designed and made in our Croydon workshop.
What Is a Bespoke 19" Rack Case?

Shock-mount isolation
On shock-mounted racks, the rack frame floats on rubber mounts or foam inside the outer case, absorbing the impacts that would otherwise reach the equipment.

Depth planning
Internal depth allows for the equipment plus connectors and cable bend radius at the rear, so leads are never forced against the lid.

Load paths
Rails are fixed into the case structure, and heavy equipment is placed low, keeping the centre of gravity down and the case stable.

Airflow
Ventilation is planned around each unit's intake and exhaust, so equipment can run safely with the case in use.

Specify Your 19" Rack Case
Every rack is made to order. Send us your equipment list with makes, models, U heights and depths, plus how the rack will be used and transported, and we will design the case around it.
Materials & Finish
Plywood with laminate or HPL faces, aluminium extrusion, steel corners and steel or aluminium rack rails. Laminate in a range of colours, with screen-printed or engraved branding and identification.
Foam Materials
Foam-lined lids and side panels, shock-absorbing mounts for floating racks, and foam padding for cable and accessory storage.
Size & Config
Racks from small 2U cases to full-height touring racks. Standard or shock-mounted, single or double width, with angled racks, mixer-top racks and combination cases with lids or work surfaces.
Hardware & Mobility
Recessed handles, butterfly catches, castor boards or fitted castors, stacking cups and lockable catches.
Access & Storage
Removable front and rear lids, side access panels, cable ports, rack drawers, blanking panels, rack shelves and storage for leads and spares.

Can you build a rack case for my equipment?
Yes. We build racks for audio, video, lighting control, IT, broadcast and DJ equipment, sized to your equipment list.
What materials or foam do you use?
Shells are plywood with laminate or HPL faces, aluminium extrusion and steel corners, with steel or aluminium rack rails. Shock-mounted racks use rubber mounts or foam to isolate the rack.
Can the case be adapted to my equipment?
Yes. U height, depth, rails, rear support, ventilation, power and cable access are all designed around your kit.
Is the case suitable for touring, shipping, or air freight?
Yes. Our racks are built for touring and freight. Shock-mounted racks are recommended where sensitive equipment travels regularly.
