Scena is one of the UK's leading creative construction, set design, props, staging, exhibition and manufacture companies with over 40 years in the business. Scena are looking for a youthful, creative individual to join our international team as Social Media Manager and Content Creator. No two weeks are the same here, you'll work across some of the most visually exciting creative construction projects in the world, and your job is to capture and share that story. What You'll Do
You'll take ownership of Scena's social media presence across all platforms, including:

• Planning, filming and editing short-form video content: reels, time-lapses, behind-the-scenes and project reveals

• Managing and growing Scena's presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube

• Developing and executing a content strategy aligned with Scena's brand and business goals

• Travelling to project sites across the UK and internationally to capture content first-hand

• Maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels

• Engaging with followers, responding to comments and growing our online community

• Reporting on performance metrics and presenting monthly insights to the director

• Collaborating with the production, design and workshop teams to identify the best stories to tell

• Supporting the creation of marketing materials, case studies and project portfolios as required

Working Pattern

Guaranteed monthly:

· 2 days in office (Scena HQ, Croydon)

· 2 days on-site (UK projects)

Additional & flexible:

· Extra office and on-site days as projects demand

· National and international travel (project-dependent)

· Occasional remote working
